At RDO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Whether a piece doesn't fit your space or you've simply changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RDO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
